Every Poppy makes a difference to the lives of our Armed Forces community
Poppy Appeal
Thank you for supporting the 2023 Poppy Appeal. Every Poppy makes a difference to the lives of our Armed Forces community.
So far Wimborne and the rest of the TCH07 community have raised over £32,000. The 2023 poppy appeal runs until September so please continue to donate and support.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part, whether through donating, volunteering or doing your own fundraising challenge.
Without volunteers and without you, we wouldn’t be able to continue supporting serving and ex-serving men and women and their families.

Become a Volunteer!
Help us raise money during our most important fundraising campaign of the year.
Each year thousands of amazing volunteers across the country help raise millions of pounds during the Poppy Appeal to support the Armed Forces community.
RBL would like your support as a Poppy Appeal Organiser. As an individual, or a representative of a group, club, or business you can coordinate the Poppy Appeal within your local area.
Or as a Poppy Appeal Collector, you can make a difference by raising vital funds to help support the Armed Forces community and their families by collecting donations from the public during the two weeks of the Poppy Appeal at the end of October at locations all around the UK.
In either role, you can help raise awareness, helping people find out more about what the Royal British Legion does and how they can support.
If you have any queries in regards to this application form, please call 0345 845 1945
If you would like to purchase Poppy items, there’s a huge range to choose from on the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Shop.

Wearing a Poppy is a show of support for the service and sacrifice of our Armed Forces, veterans and their families
It represents all those who lost their lives on active service in all conflicts; from the beginning of the First World War right up to present day.
It also honours the contribution of civilian services and the uniformed services which contribute to national peace and security and acknowledges innocent civilians who have lost their lives in conflict and acts of terrorism.
